How do I place an order?

Select the product you want to order by clicking on the product to view its specifications. Choose your correct size and colour, then click the “Add to Cart” button for each product. Go to the “Checkout Cart” at the top right hand corner of your screen, to pay for your order, and complete with your “Ship To” address.

Why was my payment declined?

Credit cards and other payment methods can be declined for several reasons. One we see most often is an error in the “Bill To” address. You must be sure that the billing address on file for your payment method, matches the billing address on your order. You may also need to double check the credit card number and the CVV number of your card.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel an order at any time before the order ships. Contact us to cancel an order by phoning (306) 351-0781 between 8:00 a.mand 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST), and we will be happy to help you.

What is my order status?

You will receive an order confirmation email within five minutes of placing your order. This confirmation will give you the order number and information of product(s) ordered. You will also receive a shipping notification email when your order ships. For most orders, the shipping notification will include information on how to track your shipment. Finally, you will receive a delivery confirmation email when your package has been delivered.

What is the processing time of my order ?

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 10 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. CST, begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. CST begin processing the next business day.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped the same day they are processed, and we use the expedited shipping service level for most destinations.

If your item is out of stock at the time of purchase, you will be notified of the backorder and given an estimated in-stock date by email.

When will I receive my backorder?

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. Backordered items are shipped via Standard Shipping. In most cases, you can expect delivery within 3 to 11 business days after the product becomes available. Delivery might take longer for products that are on back order.
